Verbal reservation
After making the decision to purchase, we will reserve the relevant apartment for you for 48 hours.
Agreement on Reservation and Preliminary Purchase Agreement
You must pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price within three working days of signing the Preliminary Purchase Agreement, and within three months a further deposit of up to 10% of the purchase price.
Purchase Agreement
You pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price after signing the purchase contract, using a mortgage or your own resources.

Turnkey Apartment
As part of the purchase of a Shell & Core apartment, we offer a turnkey service, including the option of a full renovation.
